PURCHASING CONDITIONS
General:
All sales of SNUG SHIELD masks are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Further, as masks are personal wearable, we cannot refund products once received, except:
if your parcel gets lost in transit.
or if you received a damaged product. In such an occurrence, please email us pictures of the masks and parcel upon receipt of the parcel. We reserve ourselves the right to refund you or not depending on our evaluation of the evidence provided.
Standard masks:
Individual packs, as well as packs of 4 masks, are dispatched by USPS (or similar) with tracking from the USA (for USA clients) or by ROYAL MAIL with tracking from the UK (for UK clients), or by EMS (China) with tracking for Hong Kong buyers.
Customized masks:
When you order a number of customized masks (100 pieces or above with special tag), the products are dispatched directly from China (PRC), where they are produced. We use DHL or FEDEX or similar high-reliability courier service with tracking. Please note that you may be charged duties and/or sales tax.
When you order a number of customized masks with your own logo, you formally warrant that you are the owner of the corresponding Intellectual Property (IP), or have been duly authorized by its owner to affix it onto the mask, and buy it and use it. Before processing your order, we reserve ourselves the right to contact you and request that you provide corresponding evidence of such ownership or authorization to use IP. We may, at our entire discretion, decline to use such a logo. In such circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund. Once your order has been processed with the logo that you uploaded, you guarantee to indemnify us against any third party claim for any alleged IP infringement lodged against us for the use of the said IP.
Waiver:
In no event shall FILLONY LTD, its affiliates, or any of its respective directors, officers, employees or agent, be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or directly or indirectly related to the purchase and/or the use of the mask(s). In no event shall the total liability of FILLONY LTD to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract o tort, including but not limited to, negligence or otherwise) arising from the purchase and/or the use of the mask(s), exceed the amount paid for the masks purchased from us.
